2315, 2317, and 2319 – The Epstein Tenant Cottages
From the late 1840’s until 1912, a large cooperage stood on that site that made oak and cypress barrels and puncheons.  It burned down in 1912 and the cooperage owner’s daughter, Yetta Hirsch Epstein, subdivided the property to build three tenant homes that still stand today.
