We have two options to join the OSWNA Membership

Please fill out the online application below.
Payment can be submitted two ways:
- By PayPal: https://www.paypal.me/old6ward (please include your Old Sixth Ward Residence Address)
- By check
  - Send the check to the OSWNA Mailing Address
  - Send an email to membership@old6ward.org to let us know about your check.

If you would like to save $5 off our t-shirts (normally $25 each), please email treasurer@old6ward.org. Don't forget to add your size!
