609 Sabine

This 2-story house was built in about 1914 as tenant property, possibly by Frank Tajan.  It was a duplex; 609 and 611 Sabine were rented separately.  It had been vacant for several years when it burned April 11, 1989.  The fire spread to the house immediately north of it at 615 Sabine, which was not vacant.
