2115 Union

This Fourth Ward North cottage with an applied porch was probably built in 1885 by Peter Steidel, a German immigrant.  He lived there about 4 years.  The Fritz Silber family lived in the house from about 1917 until about 1939, and the James Tann family lived at 2115 Union from 1953 until 1982.  After 2000 the house was used by Frame Tek Art Services at 2111 Washington.
