1815 Lubbock

This Folk Victorian ell-wing house was built between 1889 and 1896 as a tenant house.  Emil Carpenter, a carpenter, lived here as a renter from about 1908 until his wife bought the property in 1926.  They continued to live here until his death in 1939.
