2213 Decatur

Mrs. Mollie Franck, who lived at 2215 Decatur, owned 3 lots with 150' of frontage on Decatur.  In 1910 she sold the eastern half, and in about 1914 she built the Craftsman style house at 2213 Decatur on the eastern part of her remaining 75', probably as a tenant house.  In 1914 she gave it to her daughter Rubie Lee Franck, who never lived there.  Since then it has sometimes been owner occupied, but more often it has been rental property.
