2102 Lubbock
This five-bay center hall Folk Victorian cottage with an applied porch was built in about 1891 by William Bohlae, who in city directories is sometimes a shoemaker and sometimes a bartender. He died in about 1899; his widow, Caroline, continued to live at 2102 Lubbock until her death in 1912. After that the house had several owners; most of the occupants were renters. The house was duplexed in about 1927, the other address being 705 Henderson.
Made for appraisal purposes, probably in 1970s. Courtesy Harris Co. Archives.
