2112 State

This Colonial Revival cottage with Craftsman style influences was built in about 1916 by Ferdinand Bautsch, a carpenter and building contractor, probably as a tenant house.  In 1945 Raymond and Josephine Carrillo, Mexican immigrants, bought the house.  He was living there when he died in 1969, and Josephine continued to live at 2112 State until about 1986.
